Small town cafe. True home style breakfast. Tastes just like mom used to make. Nothing fancy, very down to earth. Good for singles or groups. Appropriate for all ages.

It was love at first bite when I went two years ago, and I'm happy to say it still is, food's great if ya love Southern style breakfast. Service is super friendly, got a great family atmosphere, all for ~20$, I ate with 2 friends there once, total cost was under 20, love the place, will continue to recommend

The food was delicious. We arrived 6am. People were starting to come in. Mr. White and his family treated us like so well! Pictured is a scrambled egg, bacon, & grits bowl. Eggs over medium, grits fried bologna. Cost was $11! Including large orange juice. Definitely going back.

Food is great and the people who work there are amazing. The restaurant is buzzing with locals who all feel at home in that restaurant. They make you feel like family!

This is truly an “old school” “traditional” “family” place. Food and service outstanding!!! Atmosphere spectacular! I eat here every time I visit the area. If I lived here, this would be my regular” breakfast place!!!

Be sure you know they do not take cards. That's the most important thing. Great local place. Well prepared food. I usually get breakfast. Looks like they've had the same breakfast menu for decades. They have a lunch buffet, very popular. They have kind of a Belmont sports hall of fame on the wall-just old photos. I wish they'd start that back.

Great food at a great price. Two of us ate for $10. Little bit of a wait, but I think there was only 2 people working. No menu. You pick between two options. Breakfast special or pancakes/frenchtoast. I get the impression, they'll just make you whatever. Also bathroom set up was very unique. You have to wash your hands outside the bathroom? I'd hate to sit by the bathrooms. Just awkward. However, just a minor annoyance, by no means a deterrent to eating there.

Small town friendly! True mom and pops place with down south comfort. My 4 year old and I eat breakfast here frequently and they know her name and give her hugs and love every time. She loves Mrs. White and Mr. White!

It's just a good old fashioned setting I've been going there my whole life I love Mr and Mrs white took her a ride on the bike not to long ago good people good food

A well liked and locally owned restaurant. The menu is simple and the food is always hot and delicious. Our Gad-abouts Romeo group (Really Old Men Eating Out) gathers here every Thursday morning for breakfast.

No frills, mom and pop home style restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We stopped in for breakfast and it was inexpensive and delicious. Simple menu (on the wall). Good, quick service. Definitely a locals' place. Apparently they have a buffet for lunch from 10:30-1:30 during the week.

Wonderful service! Best breakfast around! If you haven't eaten here, I highly recommend that you give them a try! They have something for everyone! I read another post about their awesome omelettes and I have to second that opinion! Fluffy eggs are so delicious! Not everyone can cook eggs this way!

Great place to eat! If you go home hungry its your own fault. The staff is great and make sure your taken care of. These are just some of the reasons it is a local favorite and one of those nice places you need to go out of your way to visit. And yes they do not take plastic but it is well worth the effort to make sure you have cash with you before you arrive.

Loved it! One of those little local places where you stop and get lucky. No menus, just order off the cuff like you would at home. Fun staff with a great attitude and good food. Can get busy in the morning so get there early. And.... you even get to meet Mr. White who is a blast.

Small town feel. Almost everyone is a regular. Service was fast and friendly. Not the greatest breakfast I've ever had, but it sure was fast. I could have been in and out in less than 30 min if I wanted to.

Breakfast is pretty good. I like the historical photos on the walls. I rate breakfast places by their livermush. It wasn't Neese's, I believe.

Seriously!?! The only reason I’m giving this place a 1 star is I can’t give them negative stars!! The people who have rated this high seriously need to get out more!! Service nice, efficient, checked on me. But biscuits and gravy were horrible! Coffee old and horrible, scrambled eggs were just ok.

I wanted to like this place but, you get what you pay for. Folks were friendly and price was reasonable but the food just wasn't any good. Interestingly this is the only place where the bacon I ordered wasnt good. That takes real work.

This place is my "go to" spot for whenever my son is home on leave from the Marine Corps. Owners wife is the head waitress and she'll set you straight about just about anything in short order! She is a hoot and one of the many reasons why we go there. You are treated like family and fed like family there. If you leave hungry it's your own fault! Best breakfast in the county as far as I'm concerned.

Great little small town spot. You know you're in the right place when people are lined up at opening time! Cool vibes with good food at good prices. Tastes just like grandma cooked it! Also they literally have a 100% sanitation grade... how do you do that! Right off 85, you should def check it out!!
